June 4, 2007

Florida Justice Reform Institute (FJRI) president William Large joins CFA's Kristyn Shayon to review the prognosis of Florida's legal climate at the conclusion of the 2007 legislative session. William discusses the trial bar's attempt to "fix" a long-standing doctrine which ensures a fair shake in the court room; FJRI's legislative successes throughout the session and potential reforms for next session.

William will also give us the insider's look at why the business community's role has been crucial in Florida's enactment of several different types of legal reform.
